Village Hall
The Clerk maintains office hours on Mondays from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. In the absence of the Clerk, messages can be left at 815-648-2353. Messages are responded to in a prompt manner.
Police Department
The Police Department is in operation 24/7 and can be reached at 815-648-2351. The Department employes eleven officers (three full-time and eight part-time).
Public Works
The Public Works Department is open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and can be reached at 815-648-2352. The Public Works Department is responsible for operation of the wastewater treatment plant, maintaining the streets, reading of water meters, billing of water and sewer charges, and brush pickup.
Building Department
The Building Department is open from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Building Inspector can be reached at 815-648-2335, The Building Department is responsible for issuing all building permits and enforcement of the Municipal Code.
Finance Department
The Treasurer is responsible for maintaining all financial records for the Village (815-648-2353).
